Known MAILHASH issues

Below you find a list of known issues. Feel free to contact us if you have an issue not listed below.

• I get an message 'The URL key is unknown to MailHash'
  This is an indication that the key used calling the javascript is for an other URL. This could be because the key is for www.domain.com and the visitor is using domain.com .
  
  
• When I click on a link, my firewall warn me about cross server communication
  MAILHASH is running on its own server. This means all of the calls to MAILHASH mean that a request is done to an other server than the server the website you are viewing is hosted on.
